Despite looking forward to seeing THE GALLOWS and hoping to enjoy another found footage theatrical release, even Doc Rotten is appalled by what crawled up onto the big screen and took a giant dump. Ugh. Thomas proclaims The Gallows the worst film of 2015. The Black Saint even thinks it out-stinks Area 51. It is a sad day at HNR. You are going to want to hear this one.
Dave shares the Horror News of the Week with news from SDCC 2015. The discussion wastes no time diving right into the hottest horror topic of the weekend, ASH v THE EVIL DEAD. Next up is a look into the trailer for FEAR THE WALKING DEAD sparking early interest in The Walking Dead companion TV show. The trailer for TALES OF HALLOWEEN shows promise and the buzz around KRAMPUS is exciting as well comparing it in tone to Gremlins. TV trailers include OUTCAST, DAMIEN and HANNIBAL. There is big blu-ray news from Scream Factory with the announcement of 10 new releases in the months to come with THE CAR, GHOST STORY, DEATH BECOMES HER and THE RETURN OF THE LIVING DEAD among them.
